Accessibility Policy
1. Our Commitment
ContractorCaptain AI Inc. (“ContractorCaptain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making its website, software, communications, and digital services reasonably accessible and usable by people with disabilities.
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We work to identify, prevent, and reduce barriers affecting individuals who access or interact with ContractorCaptain.
2. Accessibility Objective
We aim to design and improve ContractorCaptain-controlled digital experiences with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable and appropriate to the applicable content, technology, and stage of development.
This Policy describes an accessibility objective and ongoing practice. It is not a representation or warranty that every page, feature, document, integration, or item of third-party or Client-controlled content currently or continuously satisfies every WCAG success criterion or is compatible with every assistive technology, browser, device, or configuration.
3. Accessibility Measures
Depending on the applicable feature and technology, our accessibility efforts may include:
- supporting keyboard navigation;
- providing meaningful headings, labels, instructions, and link descriptions;
- maintaining reasonable colour contrast;
- avoiding reliance on colour alone to communicate important information;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where appropriate;
- supporting browser zoom and responsive layouts;
- improving compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies;
- providing visible keyboard focus indicators;
- identifying form errors and required fields;
- using plain and understandable language where reasonably practicable;
- avoiding unnecessary flashing or motion;
- reviewing new features for material accessibility barriers; and
- correcting reported accessibility issues where reasonably practicable.
4. Scope
This Policy applies to ContractorCaptain-controlled public website pages, account and dashboard interfaces, forms, digital documents, and ContractorCaptain-powered website functionality.
Some ContractorCaptain functionality may be embedded on or accessed through a Client’s independently operated website. The Client remains responsible for the accessibility of its website, content, branding, colour choices, documents, and other Client-controlled materials or configurations.
5. Third-Party Services and Content
ContractorCaptain may use or connect with third-party services, websites, payment providers, communications providers, calendar providers, embedded content, document viewers, and other independently operated technologies.
We do not control the accessibility of independently operated third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will satisfy a particular accessibility standard. Where reasonably practicable, we may consider accessibility when selecting, configuring, or replacing material service providers.
Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience and do not mean that ContractorCaptain controls or is responsible for their accessibility.
6. Known and Temporary Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content or functionality may not yet be fully accessible. Limitations may arise from:
- legacy content or components;
- third-party integrations;
- automatically generated content;
- uploaded client or customer content;
- PDF or other document formats;
- browser or assistive-technology compatibility differences;
- temporary technical issues; or
- functionality undergoing development or remediation.
Where we become aware of a material accessibility barrier, we will assess it in good faith and determine whether a reasonable correction, workaround, alternative format, or alternative means of access can be provided, subject to applicable law and reasonable technical, security, privacy, operational, and proportionality considerations.
7. Requesting Assistance or an Alternative Format
If you experience difficulty accessing ContractorCaptain-controlled content or functionality, you may request reasonable assistance or an available alternative format.
Please identify:
- the page, document, feature, or function involved;
- the nature of the accessibility barrier;
- the format or accommodation requested, if known;
- the browser, device, or assistive technology involved, where relevant; and
- your preferred method of response.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or unnecessary medical information when requesting accessibility assistance.
We will review accessibility requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. The availability, form, and timing of an accommodation, correction, or alternative format may depend on the nature of the request, the content involved, applicable law, technical feasibility, security, privacy, operational impact, proportionality, and whether the applicable content or service is controlled by ContractorCaptain. Where applicable law imposes a specific requirement for accessible formats, communication supports, accommodations, timing, consultation, or cost, ContractorCaptain will comply with that requirement. Nothing in this Policy limits a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ongoing Improvement and Changes

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, this Policy does not create a service-level commitment, warranty, or contractual remedy.
