Does it work with my current website?+

Yes. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and most custom-built sites. Once your assistant is ready, you paste one short line of code into your site; it takes about 5 minutes and we send step-by-step instructions. Want us to install it for you? Just ask.

Will the AI say something wrong to a customer?+

It answers only from information you approve: your services, service area and policies. If it isn’t sure, it collects the customer’s details and passes the conversation to you. It never quotes prices or confirms availability; you confirm those directly with the customer.

How long does setup take?+

Most contractors are ready within 1–2 business days of sending us their details. We set up your assistant, dashboard and documents for you. Adding the assistant to your website takes about 5 minutes; if you'd like us to install it, timing depends on when we receive access to your site.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly billing is optional, saves 20% and is billed once a year.

Can I use it without the AI assistant?+

Yes. You don’t have to put the assistant on your website. Captain’s service reports, estimates, invoices and job tracking work on their own.

Who owns my customer data?+
